Art Consultation:
At Palm Avenue Fine Art, we can assist private and corporate collectors with selection and placement of pieces to build an enjoyable and quality collection. We work closely with interior decorators and designers and are Industry Partners with the ASID.
Art Purchase and Placement:
Please contact us to arrange a viewing of artwork at your convenience---during gallery hours or by private appointment. We offer free delivery and installation of your acquisitions. Contact a representative for out-of-state approvals.
Commissions:
Select gallery artists can create commissions for serious collectors. Subject matter includes portraits, pet or equine portraits, landscapes, still lifes, estates, etc. Please contact the gallery for detailed information.
Rental of Gallery:
Occasionally, we rent our beautiful, art-filled gallery for small social or business gatherings. The gallery provides a distinctive venue for cocktail parties, fundraisers, meet-and-greets and life celebrations. The days/evenings that are available are during off-season and during the hours when the gallery is closed. We are happy to discuss the possibilities. Please contact the gallery for more information.
Philanthropy:
We encourage charities within the greater Sarasota area to speak with us in regard to hosting fundraising events. Palm Avenue Fine Art will donate a portion of art sales to benefit your non-profit.

Gallery Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for GALLERY CREDIT ONLY, unless defective, and must be made within 10 days of delivery at Purchaser’s destination. This sale is subject to, and Purchaser hereby agrees to terms and conditions stated herein. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Due and payable upon delivery of goods. A finance charge (1 ½% monthly, annual rate of 18%) will be charged on all past due balances. Purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs including attorney’s fees in the event that the collection of the purchase price or any part thereof is referred to a collection agency or attorney. The Gallery is required to deliver the items hereof to Purchaser or Purchaser’s destination shown herein. Title of the items described shall pass to purchaser subject to Gallery’s security interest upon tender at purchaser’s destination. The Gallery retains and Purchaser grants to the Gallery a security interest in the works of art described herein to secure the purchase stated in this invoice/receipt. Security interest can be secured in turn by the Gallery’s retaining possession of the works of art until full payment for them has been received. If the purchaser defaults in the payment, Gallery shall have the right and remedies granted by the Uniform Commercial Code. Consistent with copyright laws, the Gallery retains the exclusive right to reproduce the art by any means and in any form and the Purchaser agrees not to reproduce the work of art in any form without prior consent of the gallery. This sale is subject to Fed/State legislation such as those related to fine art sales, consignments, insurance, artist dealer relationships, etc., which might be promulgated from time to time.
